Vinted Go: all about Vinted's new delivery service
Vinted has just launched its parcel locker and collection point service, Vinted Go.
These are lockers, similar to Amazon Lockers, that let you drop off and collect parcels from Vinted transactions.
Vinted Go enables both sending and receiving parcels for Vinted.
Vinted's aim is to offer a cheaper delivery service with a better carbon footprint than competing services.
By doing so, Vinted is taking back control over a large part of the buying and selling experience on its platform.
Where can you drop off your Vinted parcel? Collection points are currently only available in Paris and the surrounding area, mostly located inside Carrefour and Franprix stores.
Vinted Go may soon be more convenient than your local post office!

Vinted Go parcel rates are more affordable than competing services. Vinted Go Locker2Locker is not yet available for large parcels.

How do you send a parcel with Vinted Go?
Vinted Go is automatically enabled if you are based in Paris. If a buyer selects Vinted Go, you will be required to drop the parcel off at one of the available Vinted Go lockers. There are still relatively few of them, so it can be less convenient than Mondial Relay. For example, my nearest Vinted Go point is 1.5km away, compared to 350m for Mondial Relay. As a seller, you cannot disable this delivery method in your Vinted settings. If a buyer chooses this shipping option, you will have no choice but to drop your parcel at a Vinted Go locker.
Once the sale is completed, you can optionally indicate the day you plan to drop off the parcel.
Vinted Go lets you print the shipping label on the spot. A word of warning: when I tried it, the printer jammed and the label failed to print.
1. Find the Vinted Go locker in the store
In both Franprix stores I visited, the lockers were located near the entrance.
In the Franprix in Saint-Mandé, the Vinted Go lockers are located between the coffee machine and the juice machine
2. Select "Drop off" on the screen
3. Print the label or skip this step
4. Scan the barcode and print the label
If you have already printed the shipping label, you can simply scan it using the scanner on the right-hand side of the screen. Otherwise, scan the label from your phone.

5. Select the locker size
Note that only XS, S and M lockers are currently available. Here are the dimensions for each size: XS: 18cm x 85cm x 38cm S: 31.3cm x 8.5cm x 38cm M: 31.3cm x 17.9 x 38cm
Try to use the smallest locker that fits your parcel so the larger ones are free for those who need them :)

How do you receive a parcel with Vinted Go?
You've bought your item on Vinted and received an email from Vinted telling you your parcel is ready to collect at a Vinted Go locker.
If the seller is based in Paris, they can drop the parcel off at one of the available Vinted Go lockers.
This means you can receive your purchase via Vinted Go.
Once you've made your purchase, you'll be notified when your parcel is available for collection at your nearest Vinted Go.

In the Franprix in Aligre, the Vinted Go lockers are located next to the Amazon Lockers
2. Select "Collect" on the screen

- Very few Vinted Go points available
- You are forced to accept Vinted Go if Vinted has decided to enable it
