Autocop - Automatic Purchases
Set up Autocop on Turbo or Business, understand global and folder settings, purchase priority, and troubleshoot automatic purchases.

Autocop automatically attempts to purchase Vinted items that match your Autocop-enabled filters and applicable purchase settings. It is available on Turbo and Business.
Before enabling automatic purchases, use Autobuy to check that your account, payment and delivery setup work.
Negotiate above your purchase limit with Auto-offer
Auto-offer can send and negotiate offers for items that match your filter but are priced above your purchase limit. Items at or below that limit remain eligible for direct Autocop. You can also choose whether an accepted offer should trigger an automatic purchase attempt.
New Auto-offer negotiations require global Autocop to be on, including when your filter uses folder settings. This is different from the direct folder Autocop behavior described below.

Set up Autocop
- Link your Vinted account and complete the required purchase setup. Check its session, availability, payment and delivery details.
- Configure Autocop on the individual filters that should buy automatically. A notification-only filter will not buy just because Autocop is enabled elsewhere.
- Enable Autocop in the settings that apply to those filters: global purchase settings, or the folder’s own purchase settings when an account group is assigned.
- If using several purchase accounts, configure Multicop and the switcher separately. See Purchase settings: Autocop, Multicop, account switcher and folder groups.
Global settings and folder settings
A folder set to Use global settings follows global Autocop and purchase-account settings.
A folder with an assigned account group uses its own Autocop switch and account selection. Its Autocop setting replaces the global on/off setting for that folder. Turning off global Autocop does not stop an assigned folder whose own Autocop setting remains on. To stop that folder buying automatically, disable its folder Autocop setting or the relevant filters.
Each filter still needs Autocop configured, and other purchase eligibility checks still apply. An assigned group with no usable purchase accounts cannot borrow an account outside that group. If an item also matches an eligible filter using global settings, the global purchase selection can apply; see the purchase-settings guide for overlapping-filter rules.
What happens if several users want the same item?
Business has Autocop priority over Turbo when both plans compete for the same item. The outcome is not a completely random selection across all plans. Priority does not guarantee a purchase: account eligibility, availability, payment checks and competition still matter.
Why is Autocop not buying?
- Check that the listing matches the filter’s criteria, keyword groups and countries.
- Check that the filter is active and has Autocop configured.
- Check the applicable global or folder Autocop switch; changing the wrong one may not affect that filter.
- Check that the selected account or assigned group contains usable accounts with an active session and the required purchase setup.
- For Multicop, check the selected accounts or Safe-mode target. Accounts must be compatible with the item’s Vinted market.
- Check for purchase pauses, account restrictions and payment issues. An item may also have been bought by another buyer.
If the issue continues, contact support with the filter name, an example item, and the purchase error or status shown in Souk.
Purchase limits and restrictions
Vinted can restrict purchase attempts. Souk’s purchase checks and account rotation do not guarantee that an account will avoid restrictions or that every matching item will be bought.
You can link unlimited Vinted accounts. The standard simultaneous purchase limits are 10 accounts on Turbo and 20 on Business; linking more accounts does not increase that limit. For account selection, rotation and folder behavior, use the purchase-settings guide.
