Connect your Vinted account with a refresh token

This advanced method lets you connect a Vinted account to Souk by copying the refresh_token_web cookie from your Vinted session.

Important: your refresh token gives access to your Vinted session. Never share it anywhere except inside Souk, and do not send it by message.

Before you start

• Use Chrome on a desktop computer.
• Log in to Vinted with the account you want to connect to Souk.
• Keep the Vinted tab open while following the steps.

Copy your refresh_token_web

1. Open Vinted in Chrome and make sure you are logged in to the correct account.
2. Open Developer Tools: on Mac, press F12 or Command + Option + I; on Windows, press F12 or Ctrl + Shift + I. You can also right-click the page and choose Inspect, or use Chrome’s ⋮ → More tools → Developer tools menu.
3. Open the Application tab. If it is hidden, click » to display more tabs.
4. In the left sidebar, open Storage → Cookies.
5. Select the Vinted domain shown there, such as https://www.vinted.fr or https://www.vinted.com.
6. Find the row named refresh_token_web.
7. Copy the complete value from the Value column.

Paste the token into Souk

1. Return to Souk.
2. Open the Vinted account connection page.
3. Expand Advanced: link with a refresh token.
4. Paste the value into Vinted refresh token.
5. Click Link account.

Troubleshooting

• You cannot find refresh_token_web: make sure you are logged in to Vinted in Chrome, then reload the page.
• You see several Vinted domains: choose the domain that matches the Vinted tab you opened.
• Souk says the token is invalid or expired: reload Vinted, sign in again if needed, then copy the token again.
• The Application tab is hidden: make Developer Tools wider or click ».
• The issue continues: use the standard Vinted connection method or contact support.
