Choose countries for your filters

Choose the Vinted countries in which each filter should search. This gives you more control over your results and lets you target the markets that matter to you.

What is the country criterion?

The country criterion determines which countries are included in a specific filter. Each filter can have its own selection.

For example, you can create:

• one filter for France only;
• one filter for Italy and Spain;
• one filter for several countries.

How are countries selected by default?

When you create a filter, the country criterion is pre-filled according to the Vinted country set on your account at that time.

You can keep that selection, add or remove countries, or replace it completely.

Why use the country criterion?

It can help you:

• focus on the markets you care about;
• reduce irrelevant results;
• make a filter more precise;
• organize searches by country or region.

How to choose countries for a filter

1. Open the filter form.
2. Open the Countries criterion.
3. Select one or more countries.
4. Save the filter.

The filter will use the selected countries when matching new listings.

Can each filter use different countries?

Yes. The selection is saved separately for each filter.

• Filter A can search in France.
• Filter B can search in Germany and Belgium.
• Filter C can search in several countries.

What happens if I change my Vinted country later?

Changing your Vinted country does not automatically update every existing filter.

• New filters are pre-filled according to your Vinted country when they are created.
• Existing filters keep their previously saved country criterion.

After changing your Vinted country, review older filters and update their country criterion when necessary.
