Organize filters with folders, subfolders and bulk actions

Folders help you organize filters and apply actions to a group of filters. Turbo and Business users can also assign an account group and purchase settings to a folder.

Create and organize folders

1. Open Filters.
2. Select New folder.
3. Enter a unique folder name and, if needed, choose a parent folder.
4. Select filters and use Move selected to place them in the folder.

Folders can be nested up to three levels. The path shown in the Filters page identifies the parent and child folders.

How folder selection works

Selecting a folder includes only the filters stored directly inside it. It does not automatically include filters from its subfolders.

This exact-folder behavior also matters for bulk actions and folder-specific purchase settings.

Create a subfolder

Open the folder menu and choose Create subfolder. When the parent has purchase settings, Turbo and Business users can choose whether to copy them.

Copying the parent settings is a one-time copy. Later changes to the parent do not update the subfolder, and moving a folder under another parent does not change its purchase settings.

Bulk actions

Select one or more filters to apply supported actions together, including:

• enable or disable filters, notifications or Autocop;
• move filters to a folder;
• add or adjust keywords and countries;
• apply supported seller criteria;
• export filters or move them to the trash.

The actions shown depend on your plan, selection and current interface.

Delete a filter or folder

• Deleted filters: move to the trash, stop matching and can be restored for 30 days. Permanently deleting them also removes their feed history.
• Deleted folders: do not delete their filters or child folders. Direct filters move to the destination shown in the confirmation, and child folders move up one level.

Folder purchase settings

A folder can use the global purchase settings or an assigned account group with its own Autocop, Multicop and switcher configuration. Individual filters must still be eligible for automatic purchasing.
