Use Messaging, offers and seller conversations
Read and reply to Vinted messages, manage offers, translate conversations and use supported post-purchase actions.

Souk Messaging brings the Vinted inboxes of your linked purchasing accounts into one place. It is available with Turbo and Business.
Open Messaging
Select Messaging from the Souk navigation. Choose one account or All accounts, then select a conversation.
Souk keeps saved conversations available while it refreshes them from Vinted. If an account cannot be refreshed, the page can show older saved content until synchronization succeeds.
Find conversations
Use search, the unread filter and conversation tabs to focus on:
- negotiations and offers;
- post-purchase conversations;
- disputes, cancelled or completed orders;
- support-related messages.
You can hide conversations you do not need and view them again from Hidden conversations.
Read, reply and translate
Open a conversation to read its messages and reply when Vinted allows replies. You can upload a supported photo when the composer offers that option.
Use Translate this conversation to display a translated version, and switch back to the original when needed.
Make and receive offers
Offer cards show whether an offer is pending, accepted or declined. When making an offer, select an eligible account and enter the item price you want to propose. Souk can estimate the buyer-protection amount and total when Vinted provides the required data.
Vinted limits and account availability can prevent an offer from being sent. An offer does not reserve the item and does not guarantee acceptance.
Automatic buying after an offer
When the option is available, you can tell Souk to attempt Autobuy if your own offer is accepted, or when a seller offer meets the maximum item price you configured.
- The schedule continues after you close Souk.
- It stops after its first purchase attempt.
- A purchase is still subject to item availability, payment, delivery and account checks.
- Complete 3D Secure if your bank requires it.
This is separate from filter-level Auto-offer, which starts and negotiates offers automatically for matching items.
Post-purchase actions
Depending on the Vinted conversation and order state, Souk can show actions for tracking, completing an order, leaving feedback, reporting a problem, requesting a return or following a refund. Read the confirmation carefully before completing an action because some Vinted actions cannot be undone.
Reusable messages
In purchase settings, you can configure reusable messages for supported events, such as a message after a purchase, after an accepted offer or after sending an offer. Review the text before enabling it because it will be sent to sellers from your linked account.
