Set up Autobuy in Souk to buy Vinted items in one click. Learn about linking your account, payments, 3D Secure, delivery and purchase troubleshooting.

With Souk, you can purchase Vinted items in just one click, whether on the website or the mobile app. Enjoy a faster, seamless buying experience.
First-Time Setup
To use Autobuy, first link your Vinted account from the Souk settings.
Ensure you have an active card linked to your Vinted account for Autobuy to function. Once linked, enable one-click purchase in the settings.
After that, you can use Autobuy by clicking the ā”ļø button or by selecting the itemās image or text, depending on the feed youāre browsing.
If you misclick, donāt worry. You can easily cancel the purchase within a few minutes, as long as the seller hasnāt printed the shipping label.
Payment Process Overview
To link an active card to your account, you must complete a successful purchase on Vinted. Simply adding the card in the Vinted settings isnāt sufficient. This process also applies if you update or change your credit card.
Once you click, the payment process takes just a few seconds. Most of this happens on Vinted's side, so any delays donāt mean Souk is slow.
We donāt control when or how 3D Secure is triggered, as it follows rules set by your bank. Some banks, like Crypto.com, trigger 3D Secure for every purchase, but this could change over time.
If 3D Secure is triggered, a new popup window will open for the payment confirmation. Make sure that pop-ups are enabled for https://souk.to in your browser. You can still finalize the 3D Secure transaction within 30 seconds after clicking Autobuy, even if youāre not immediately active in the feed.
Shipping
Choose home delivery or a pickup point for each linked Vinted account.
Can I add a custom delivery address?
Yes. You can add or edit your address directly in Souk:
- Open Accounts, select your Vinted account and open its details.
- Next to Shipping address, click + or Edit. Enter the recipient name and address, then save.
- Under Delivery method, choose Home delivery.
This updates the address saved on your Vinted account for future purchases.
Home delivery must be available for the item. Otherwise, Souk can use a compatible pickup point.
Pickup-point delivery
Choose Pickup point in the same delivery menu.
- Select your preferred pickup points in the account settings, or let Souk choose a compatible one near your Vinted shipping address.
- Keep that address up to date so nearby pickup points are suggested.
- In France, you can also exclude shipping providers you do not want to use.
Pickup points missing or too far away
Souk keeps its own catalog of Vinted pickup points. The list of pickup points you can choose from in the settings comes from that catalog and is centered on your Vinted shipping address.
For France, the United Kingdom, Spain, Italy and Germany, the whole national network of pickup points is already loaded in Souk: Mondial Relay, Chronopost, Vinted Go, Relais Colis, InPost, Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, Correos, GLS, SEUR, Poste Italiane, BRT, DHL and more. Your local pickup points appear directly in the settings, without making any purchase first.
If you live in one of these countries and Souk only shows you pickup points far from your address, for example 30 km away or more, this is not normal and it is not a Vinted limitation. Contact the team from the chat and give us the name of the pickup point you expect, we will check it and add it. There is no need to change your Vinted address to another location, and manual purchases on Vinted are not required either.
In other countries, and in the French overseas territories and the Canary Islands, pickup points are discovered during a checkout. Launch one Autobuy from Souk and stop before confirming the payment: reaching the shipping step is enough, you do not need to complete the 3D Secure verification. The pickup points around your address are then saved and appear in your settings.
This is a different topic from the shipping readiness statistic shown on your Vinted accounts, which measures whether Vinted already preselects the right shipping option during checkout. A low shipping readiness does not mean pickup points are missing.
Transactions Screen
You can view all transactions made through Souk in the Transactions screen.
From there, you can finalize any purchases where 3D Secure was triggered within the next 30 seconds.
You can also cancel purchases within a few minutes directly from this screen.
Item already sold š¢
Competition is tough. There are few good bargains and hundreds of users browsing Souk live, many with Autocop alerts set. To increase your chances, consider activating Autocop on a matching alert next time.
Unless your internet connection is extremely slow (e.g., taking over 10 seconds to load a page), your connection speed won't affect the purchase process when using Autobuy.
Known Limitations
We currently support purchases with credit or debit cards and the Vinted wallet. Bancontact is not supported. For better control through 3D Secure, we recommend using Crypto.com cards.
Home delivery is supported, but availability depends on the options Vinted offers for each item. Souk can fall back to a compatible pickup point when home delivery is unavailable.
Vinted limits the number of purchases that can be initiated within a certain time frame. Excessive use of Autobuy or Autocop may result in rate limiting, which typically lasts no more than 30 minutes. If you're rate-limited and still wish to purchase, you'll need to use a different Vinted account. Common errors include 'Request Rate Limited' or 'Generic Y01 Error.'
Your Vinted session may also expire, requiring you to relink your account.
In some cases, certain Vinted accounts may experience slow purchase latency. If 1-click purchases consistently take more than 8 seconds, compare the latency with a friend's account on the Vinted website to identify if the issue is account-specific.
