How to use the Souk feed
Understand why items appear, review listing details, message sellers on Turbo or Business, buy or make offers, and troubleshoot an empty feed.

The Souk feed shows new Vinted listings that match your enabled filters. Use it to review items, contact sellers, make offers and start Autobuy purchases.
Open and navigate the feed
Select Feed from the Souk navigation. New matching items appear as Souk receives them. When a new-items button is shown, select it to load the latest results without losing your current position.
Your display options can change how items are arranged without changing which items match your filters.
Why an item appears
An item appears because it matches at least one enabled filter. Its category, price, country, seller details, keywords and other recorded attributes are evaluated against that filter’s criteria.
An item can match more than one filter. Open its details to review the relevant filter context before buying.
Review an item
Open an item card to inspect the available information, including:
- photos, title, description and condition;
- listing price and an estimated checkout total when available;
- seller information and country;
- the matching filter and folder context;
- message, offer and purchase actions available to your plan and accounts.
Checkout totals are estimates until Vinted confirms the buyer-protection and shipping costs.
Buy, make an offer or message the seller
- Buy now: starts Autobuy with the selected eligible Vinted account.
- Make offer: lets you choose an account and offer amount. You can optionally configure a reusable message or automatic buying after acceptance when those options are available.
- Message seller: opens the seller conversation so you can send a message through an eligible linked Vinted account. This action is available on Turbo and Business.
- View on Vinted: opens the original listing for an additional check.

A purchase started from a folder or filter context can use that folder’s purchase settings. A purchase without folder context uses the global settings.
Purchase attempts
When a purchase is started, the item can show its attempts and latest result. Use the full Transactions page to compare attempts across accounts and follow successful orders.

If the feed has no results
- Confirm that the filter is enabled.
- Review its countries, price range, keyword groups and exclusions.
- Remove unnecessary criteria if every group is too restrictive.
- Allow about an hour for popular items and a few hours for rare items before concluding that nothing matches.
